By creating an account or using Hostler, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To use Hostler, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Hostler provides a property management platform that enables users to:

• Sync calendars from rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com)
• Manage cleaning schedules and tasks
• Track property activities and visits
• Generate reports and manage property-related information

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by Tarbyte PLTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business property management needs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any data, information, or content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Hostler offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free trial periods are subject to the terms specified at registration
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and according to our refund policy

We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Hostler integrates with third-party services such as Airbnb and Booking.com through iCal calendar syncing. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARBYTE PLTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tarbyte PLTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your User Content

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sofia, Bulgaria, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
